The problem
A website problem often arrives as a business symptom: visitors do not buy, a customer inquiry disappears, or the same issue keeps returning. The first job is to turn that symptom into a question that can be investigated.
What I built
I built Market Jack around scoped diagnosis and practical implementation for Shopify and WordPress. We establish the problem, examine the relevant customer path and connected systems, and explain the evidence in writing. That gives the owner a usable next step and a basis for deciding who should carry it out.
The result
The practice offers website reviews, defined projects, and ongoing support. Its public examples show the method: a reporting question uncovered a missing destination; a wholesale request led to checking theme compatibility before changing the live store. The case matters because a smaller, well-supported decision can be more useful than a larger proposal.
