An ambition can be meaningful without being actionable. I created 4-Year U to give learning and personal change a structure people can return to over time.

The problem
A goal such as changing careers or becoming a creator does not tell someone what to do this week. A useful framework needs to connect a longer direction with small actions, reflection, and room to change course.
What I built
4-Year U treats self-directed development like a personal university. Four-year cycles and seasonal thinking create a way to organize learning, practice, and review. The site gives those ideas a home through articles and prompts rather than requiring someone to enroll in a formal institution.
The result
The result is an ongoing publication and planning framework. Its value in my work is the bridge between recognizing a possibility and building enough structure to act on it. I use the same approach when helping people translate their experience into a new direction; the person doing the learning still owns the work and its outcome.
